Who is this course for?​

The course builds on fromworks for design-oriented research and development with a focus on stakeholder-centric design. The emergence of AI-based services implies new design challenges – e.g., that a digital service changes its behavior over time, and the need for explainability of information content and recommendations. With these challenges as a backdrop, the course focuses on methods and principles for stakeholder-centric design of AI-based services.

What will you learn from this course?

  • Describe, explain and evaluate methods and principles for stakeholder-centric design of AI Services.
  • Apply frameworks and evalute design proposals of AI services, including critical and ethical considerations

What is the format for this course?

Instruction type: Online lectures, presentations, workshops and seminars. The course is given in English.

Frequency: The course consists of weekly online seminars distributed over a total of 7 weeks.

Examination: The course is examined on individual reports graded on a Pass/Fail basis.
